		<description>You can eat healthy and still save a lot of time. I eat subway very ofter after a workout. A good idea is to get a 6 inch turkey sub on wheat with loads of veggies and DOUBLE meat. This way you get double the protein and very little fat. 

Another thing I like to tell people is that if a certain food is in your house, you are going to eat it! Bottom line! ... Start by eliminating bad foods from your fridge and start replacing them with healthy options. You&#039;ll still have a choice as to what you are going to eat, but they are all healthy choices (when you take the time to prepare - as you mentioned).
